Annika it's hillbilly or hillbilly's or hillbillies.I don't speak Oxford English, I speak the Kings English or a derivative of. As for moonlit strolls along the beach, you have a better chance of that in many places, but Oklahoma is not one of them. So I can't really give you a hard time about Hillbilly, because many in the states don't even know what a true hillbilly is. Over the course of years a hillbilly is considered an ignorant and not very intelligent person and the true definition this is not the case. As in the Term of Redneck. A Redneck has become to be know as an ignorant person or similar to Hillbilly, but a true Redneck is far from that. Russian as in English are similar in one thing, the language is complicated and similar words have various meanings and overtime have become bastardized. Yes I can read Russian, I don't speak it very well due to lack of practice. So when you call someone a Hillbilly,a person who knows the true meaning of hillbilly will not take it as an insult. So if you want to insult someone the universal word that would work would be the spoken word in Russian, Zadnitsa. That will work in English and Russian both, has the same insulting meaning.
What? Russia does not have small clans of people living in the hills? Am I missing something? It is my understanding that every culture has its own hillbillies. I did know a man named William Hill when I was a kid. Hope I did not step on FSU woman`s bare emotionality
