Guys, to anyone who has talked with "Natalia Pruteanu" (61173), I have determined that she is not who she presents herself to be.
I had been communicating with her for a while, and gave her my personal website address (the first person in Moldova that I have ever given it to), and to my surprise, the very next day I get an email from someone else from Moldova, telling me that they just happened to find my site (from google, no less) and that they are so impressed, yada yada, then I ask this person, where did you hear about my website (just for you guys, my site has existed for years and no one from Moldova has EVER visited it until I gave the address to "natalia"), and she was adamant that she got it from google, and that she knows no natalia pruteanu.
Then after I told (him?) her I think she (he?) was being dishonest, she got mad and said she's sorry she emailed me.
Then, lo and behold, five minutes later I get two emails from "Natalia Pruteanu" via fiance.com saying that she went to my site and that it is wonderful, etc. etc.
I guess she knew she was misrepresenting herself on this site, but wanted to get to know me anyway after reading my website (hence the email from her "real" outside email address) but when that didn't work out she thought she could try through this website one more time.
Certainly is possible. I can say with a reasonable amount of certainty that the person who emailed me from her profile, was the same person who tried to deceive me from outside this website. (uses distinct words / spellings / even emoticons)
Could also be that she is testing you and seeing if you will start a correspondence with any woman that writes to you when she feels you have become more serious toward each other, if that is the case. Or to see if you are telling other women the same thing as you say to her. There can be more reasons for this than to scam you. Unless they do something like asking for money or other things they aren't scaming in my opinion. To me a scam is trying to take advantage of me. They may be playing games or testing to see if I am deceiving them or some other thing, but a scam is trying to get something from you by misleading you.
She could be who she is on this web site but pretending to be someone else at your web site. Intereacting with someone using more than one identity is a common internet thing that people do for lots of reasons. It might be to see if you are who YOU say YOU are. By pretending to be someone else at your website she can see if you tell the same story you are telling to her. So, it might just be that she is interested in you and wanted to be sure you are who you say you are. It works both ways. Guys play games and mislead also.
