Tell me, kaiserdag. If the same person below offered you a drink, what would you think? Is it common sense to assume the worst, or is it miscommunication and lack of common sense?
Let's not blow RagingBull ignorance out of proportion, he is not an "idiot". Although, the latest have proven that he haven't been overseas. Therefore; He got nothing better to do than to type a ton of BS online to waste time and data. He should crowd out that hole, meet up and date local "people".
This forum is starting to stink because of Dbags like him and TomZ.... My apologies if I left you out of the list ( you who you are )"
I stand firm for what I had posted. If I have to retract or clarify I will do so without any hesitation. I apologize for contributing in trashing a helpful topic. Since brain teasing is an unjustifiable method of dealing with individuals that have different opinions. I should had regconize when to let go and move on.
@ RB , your BS stops here cause you are not worth it.
Gullible western men caught in a scam do not know is that they are corresponding with an agency employee who is pretending to be the girl in the photos, and is being paid about $0.50 for every $5 message. To seal the deal, sharing of email addresses or phone numbers is not allowed, the only method of communication permitted is through the site.
The PPL structure depends on the agents who recruit new women in their home countries. These local agents check women’s documents, hire a photographer to take photos of her, translate her questionnaire to English and upload it to the “mother” site. The local agent has access to the woman’s profile on the site, through an admin panel and has the ability to alter, delete, or operate it.
Profits from PPL (letters, chats, video chats, gifts) are shared:
The mother site (the one you usually see in Google’s search results in a “sponsored” listing) gets about 50%.
The local agent gets the remaining 50%.
Local agents quickly realised that the more women they have in a database, and the more letters and chats they send, the more money they can make. Women who seek a partner abroad have no desire to sit at the computer for eight hours a day typing letters to men, many of whom they don’t even like. So, local agents in Ukraine and former USSR started hiring translators who would communicate with the men, regardless of whether girls liked them or not.
With the political anarchy in Ukraine in recent years, there is almost no control over so called “marriage agencies”. Whether the girl in the photos had any desire to marry someone from overseas became superfluous. Local agents decided it was easier for them to get 20% from 100 people than to get 100% from 20 people. They started paying percentages from their profits to “models” (pretty girls who pose for photos) and “translators” (people who type letters).
Models are paid about 10% of what their profile earns, and are also allowed to keep gifts. Translators are assigned 1-2 girls’ profiles, and earn about 10-25% from what the profile earns (depending on the generosity of the agency owner), and also a small commission on gifts sent to “their girl”. Models are not required to ever meet suitors in person. Their job may be finished after the initial photo session, or they can, if they desire, attend meetings with their online suitors when they visit Ukraine and enjoy free meals and ask for more gifts, which they are allowed to keep.
I only disagree with the part about gifts they are allowed to keep. Usually the agency will make a photo of the girl receiving the flowers or gifts but the girl does not keep them. She is paid a % for her time and the agency pockets the rest. The girl would much rather have cash than some gift she will never use.
"Not so many time ago I was disappointed in love, and broke up relationships with a person, whom I loved and trusted."
This seems to be the standard spiel about the profile's past history.
"I believe that everything will be ok, and soon my dream about a loving husband and family will come true."
"I was like a Cinderella, who did all the chore about the house, and who was constantly humiliated."
"Day by day my desire to marry and have a good happy family grows, and I want to meet the man, who was doomed to me by my destiny."
"I feel as if I'm walking over clouds just thinking about you. You make my life
Seems like a fairy tale ending. Real life does not always come out like a fairy tale. And of course, it always ends up with the translation fee assistance request.
One thing I noticed from my experience with Russian women is that they do not like to be giving low ratings for bed performance. I said to a Russian lady back in 2005 -"I give you 8 out 10 for your performance in bed". She went mad. Same thing when I gave another young lady a 9 out 10. She went ballistic too. Something about the temperament of Russian ladies that is quite volcanic and unstable. Best avoided I think
