Well Ann if your writing this book, you using the wrong medium in this forum to get the message out to them. Sounds like to me you need a self help guide on how to get on after divorce.
You sound like the Western mans worst nightmare! In just one sentence you managed to cover "legal advice", "Attorney phone numbers" and "your freedom in the USA".
Ann... you are what Western men are trying to avoid... we cringe you speak of "legal advice" "attourney phone numbers" and "how to find your freedom in USA" ... very scary words for Western men who are looking for a nice FSU girl to spend their lives with.
Why should (all) western men try to avoid a lady talking of legal advice, attorneys and freedon in USA?
There are a few more countries of the western world aside from USA!
Danny has become quiet lately, has somebody upset him or has he become embarrassed that the truth, or the lie, has been revealed on a particular website?

Food taste horrible. But Im from Louisiana so I am used to good food and seasonings. But no doubt, its a tough time there with the grub.
Last time I went I made fried chicken with Toneys seasoning for the family I visited and you would have thought I was serving the food of the gods the way those people loved it.
All the countries are different and food all over the world is also different. To my mind, every food is tasty in its own way. And we live only once, that's why it is great to try new food and experience new tastes. Ukrainian food is very good and sometimes, foreigners try for exmaple "golubtsi" and they don't like it, because every person cooks them in different way, so once you try - you don't like, then second time - you like. That's why i always advise foreigners to try several times. There are lots people who say:"i don't like this or that dish" and they have never even tasted it:)
One of the best Ukrainian foods are: shashliki, golubtsi, vareniki, blinchiki with sauer cream, borshch with sauer cream, sirniky, duck/goose cooked in an oven with potatoes on the sides. Also, our food is natural, it doesn't contain chemicals, this is the most important and this is one of the reasons why our women are in a very good shapes!
> Mashed potato !!
> Well Lena used to just shake the pot after slightly (IMO) over-cooking them. With a tad of butter.

yup! that's how me and olya like them too! but she gets me to do the actual 'mashing like f**k!' :-)

danny, i used to have a couple of those back in the uk, very handy. we did have a bbq over the summer, which basically consisted of going into a park and making a fire! good fun and the fun was great. the food here seems really good, though vegetables in our local supermarket have been getting worse recently, no idea if just because of time of year or economics, etc.
it's been above 0C the last few days, but still hardly bbq weather!
btw... the 'purple salad' from my photos (with beetroot) tasted awesome!
Chemicals or preservatives has its place. It keeps foods from spoilage, and therefore keeps you from getting sick. Eating too much, whether it has preservatives or not is what makes you fat. I was fed a lot of sausages as they call it or hot dogs while I was there. It was good, no spoilage. I was not served it, but people talked that they liked eating pork fat. Now, that's bad for you.
"Mila... most Ukraine food I have ate is very unhealthy... full of fat. Even the locals tell me this."
Where are you from Cooper? And another question aren't you a fan of Mc'd? They say it's worlds most healthy food. And the shapes of Americans can prove it)))

very strange. no idea where you have been eating in ukraine then! if you mean russia or elsewhere, then i have no idea. but food here in ukraine is awesome.
hardly any prepacked/precooked food, all done from natural ingredients. some of the fried food can be full of fat i guess, but olya cooks with hardly any oil anyway. i guess that's why she's a size 6 or 8! (uk size)
we buy plenty of seasonings here, i just seem to have a problem buying some indian or chinese spices (or maybe i just don't understand the packaging in russian!)
yes i would say that ukrainian dishes contain much fat, most salads are made with mayonaise, and many fried dishes.
Takes much time to cook, near 2 hours i play in the kitchen :)
guys, have you tried: ?
- golubtsi (rice and meat)
- holodets (meat in like jelly, salt dish)
- green borshch
- deruni (fried from grated potato)
- sirniki (from cottage-cheese)
- solianka
- stuffed pepper (with meat)
- meat-balls (kotleti) how you call it Chiken Kiev?
