I am currently looking into the fiance visa with my girlfriend who lives in Russia. She is stating everything we regarding documents and proof of relationship and that i just need to send her all my relevant information and she will apply for it in Russia. Is that all i need to do for it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Ah, still being the welcoming, friendly person you are, Ivor?
Greeny, while being a jerk, Ivor's right about needing to know which country you're from. Having said that, I'd imagine any country would want to know her details and yours - in addition to a fat fee.
Talking of being a jerk Muzzy please note the 'smile' icon after the question mark, it was said with a sense of humour ... Something that you are obviously lacking!
Muzzy, now you've lowered yourself to the levels of DD name calling other members, shame on you.
Just the levels of DD, then? No-one else does any name calling on here?
"Please take note greeny, a 'fiance' is a bloke!" - No smiley there, eh? You must admit, you do have a tendency to flame newbies for daring to mis-spell their queries, or in any other way not living up to your standards over pretty petty issues. There's times when you're joking with people, but then there's times when you really rip into them for no reason of any importance.
The thing with Danny is, he's attacks and insults people so often, he's usually misunderstood on the occasions he tries to be friendly. Do you really want to have something in common with him?
Danny tried to be friendly? That's just to lure you into a sense of complacency to make you feel at ease and give more information so he can attack and insult again.
(Just the levels of DD, then? No-one else does any name calling on here?)
Yes, you are calling names Muzzy yet only a week ago you claimed to want to clean up the forum.
So please tell me Muzzy, if a 'fiance' is not a bloke, not a man, then precisely what is a 'fiance'?
Did I need to enter a smile icon whilst politely pointing something out to another?
Muzzy, if you want the rules played to your rules then may I suggest you start your own forum and stop ruining this thread started by a guy for genuine purpose and not for your purpose of standing on your make believe soapbox.
Rb, I can understand why that would be your opinion. Danny's been both naughty and nice to me over the years. My point is that when people spend so much time starting or continuing fights, it's easy to then perceive everything they do as in some way hostile (as has happened here).
Having said that, it's not a road I want to travel too far down myself and so, Ivor, I'll PM you my responses to the points you've raised. I'd rather this thread serve some actual purpose for greeny (assuming we haven't put him off already) before it gets drowned in idiocy.
Don't bother PM'ing me Muzzy, I'm not that interested, you have destroyed greeny2712's thread so I guess you may take pride in such an achievement whilst you have displayed to all that you attack others the same as many others atack others.
There I was, with a sense of humour, pointing out to greeny that he has missed one vital part of information, whilst otherwise minding my own business, for you to come along in your size 10's and stick the boot in, to launch an unprovoked attack upon me.
Feel proud of yourself Muzzy ... and others please note that Muzzy is as bad as the other members he complains about.
It sounds like she's right. The application can only be done by her, in her native country (as far as I'm aware). I brought my ex-wife to the UK on a spouse visa, and it was my paperwork supporting her application, as described here. Having said that, she was from Australia, and this was years ago before the current immigration tightening up they're doing now.
And I am a Brit also ... I'm not an Englishman or whatever these dumbass 'Septics' might care to refer to us as, in Russia there are Brit consulates in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Ekaterinburg, in the old days these consulates had email addresses (Google identifies) to ask serious questions and get logical replies to, might still be the same although I fear 'UK Border Agency' might have totally phucked that convenience up! :)
Thanks for the info guys, i have read a lot of lists of the documents that i need to send but a lot of them differ slighty. For instance, a confirmation letter of employment or a copy of the contract of employment. Would you be able to let me know the types of documents you sent? Much appreciated.
