You are taking this too seriously, Mr. Durak. Look at it as objectively, without emotion. Man is an emotional being. Thereby lies the problem. Analyze your thoughts. Are they logical? Perhaps you should not think. Just my two cents worth.
2 cents worth is an expression. You have nothing in your mind but scammers, ready to pounce on unsuspecting forum members looking for help. You said we should help others with dating, but you have nothing but negative things to add.
Some people think you are successful, but I can see right through you. You are not happy with a wife and child from the FSU. Happiness to you is not them. It is the failure of others.
Durak,,,,, “apparent sincerity” and lack there of! That’s why I have ended my search. I always looked for the most sincere, practical, sensible, and attractive to me, and I’ve been very disappointed each time. Playing games seems to be a national pastime for agency scammers.
I take your point, and at the same time don't see how it applies to the cases I mentioned in this thread. I don't use typical agencies with their business model of extracting fees for letters, chats, videos, translators, apartments etc. Never have, never will.
If the individual profiles had been posted by scammers, it seems to me that their incentive would be to reply to my messages -- I might become a "patsy" they could persuade to send money. So their NOT answering, is evidence of their sincerity. It's like the old dunking test for witches -- if she dies from drowning, she wasn't a witch! Or in my case, it's the ones who DO answer I need to be careful about.
So my surmise is that they are particular about the kind of man they want, and not satisfied when they looked at my website profile.
Anyway, that's my reasoning. I could well be wrong!
I can understand that feeling Durak. When my ex wife started talking divorce in 2006 i started looking around at options and supposed since
Ukraine was a good place for me anyway I focused my initial search there. Even knowing the way of life, culture and such still didnt prepare me for
the "agency experience". I got my hopes up a few times only to have them crushed when meeting a girl in real life and yes it stung.
Durak thats just typical girl boy stuff isnt it, what makes humans humans and so on.
just imagine not actually getting those feelings, that little bit of excitement,, what a terrible thought.
i guess the trick to living is not dwelling on the down side of something that isnt even there.
and hey,, we are speaking of the FSU here, so you' should know better:)
I take that back. I do understand. What I don't understand is why he comes after others when he does nothing with the source. I don't recall durak ever speaking up against Danny, just others who respond to him.
Durak,, you mentioned sincerity so I figured you had issues with the girls sincerity. I wrote about it, since it has been the biggest issue for me.
“I don't use typical agencies”
What is a typical agency or website? Some might say Fiance isn’t a typical website, because the letters don’t get translated by a person,,, so they won’t have the motivation of trying to make more money by writing more letters. I don’t believe that’s true either. During my time on this site,, I always thought something was a little off,,, but couldn’t prove anything. The timing of letters seemed strange, and quite often the spelling in the letter was off. Words like “some” would be spelled “soem”, would a computer program make those kinds of mistakes? Women who have computers can send their own letters on this site without an agency,, and I think the agencies might have some monetary advantage to translate the letters on their own,,,,, especially if they are writing the letters themselves anyway.
Yes,,, a scammer would write to you, no matter what. It’s a shame that the only way to be sure of their sincerity,,, is for them to say: No!
Scammers are created through disconnect. Disconnect comes because of language and culture differences. The easiest way for an honest or any FSU woman to find a husband abroad becomes the marriage agency. Friendship should always go first, but this is bypassed in theory. One who believes that marriage is that easy is bound to be disapopinted.
Not many (about 5%) of the respondents visit, so the woman is forced entice them. To make her efforts succeed, she corresponds with more than one man. Because the agency is making money off of her, she also is enticed to make money also.
FSU women are not born scammers. They are made that way.
