Perhaps the following quote is 'typical' - perhaps not:
"...I’m looking for reliable, fair, clever, well provided, considerable person who respects the woman and can take care of her ..."
here is the sam as I mentioned just before...this lady expressed clear, what she expects from her future husband.
So, what´s the reason to ask us here what we think about??
Do you intend to write a psychological book about single russian ladies?
Be aware, if the russian ladies would be in the position to read all your questions they would be quite worried about the mental quality of western gents.
1) Yes, this (one) lady expressed her expectations clearly.
Now, notice the word "typical" in the first post.
Do you think those expectations are typical? -After all, you have travelled the world, I am only a peasant from a small village...
2) Psychological books about Russian ladies have been written - much better than I could ever do.
But perhaps you could write another one...
3) The Russian ladies 'on my radar screen' certainly WOULD be able to read this Forum. Furthermore, they would would NOT be worried about the mental quality of western gents.
What is a Western gent anyway?
Gender roles....I understand this topic in a little bit aspect. Gender roles, as what roles men and women play in everyday life??? Or maybe in the family??? please explain clearly, ok?:)
And I think if we will determine the topic more carefully, this will help you to answer your questions:)
in which world are you living?
Havn´t you already learned in your life, that every woman is different?
"How it is"? Oh dear - just aks her and you will get the answer!! Possible for you?
But meanwhile I am sure you will go on asking here questions for some more decades and then short before death you will decide to jump to the former ussr. Hope you will find then your babushka of your dreams :-)
Sancho, a honest advice for you: buy a ticket, go there and have a look!
Thanks for your friendly advice.
In which part of the FSU do you think a person like me should start the search?
(city, town, village, Riga, Moscow, Vladivostok...)
??
Beresvoka Sibera five women to 1.8 men, it is small and out of the way, maybe like your own little corner you are looking for. I will sell it to you for a mere pittance.
He was two bricks shy of a full load, easy pickins over in Beresvoka they have never seen an American before. You will have to travel there, they have no internet and only like two or three phone lines, you might like Angelika,
but some of us here would not mind to have a go at a pig from a small village.
Try to be a pleasant peasant?
Instead of habitually opening with a rather vague non-descript line followed by a limited but more elaborate subsequent post, invariably dumped from out of a defensive corner I should add, what about a clear moron-proof question (note: Question, not statement!) the next time?
Would do the world of good, and also it would create less of a disorganized historian-type quasi-philosophic anonymous picture of yourself.
Take it for what is is - a HINT!
Sancho there is no Angelika at that phony address, please do not travel there and well you might meet somebody to marry that is what they say travel and do some networkinG !!! who knows?
Very recently I got an E-mail consisting of an empty message, but attached was a pic. This pic showed a black T-shirt with the following text printed on the front:
"It is spelled fuck,
you stupid cnut!"
Je m'excuse pour mon Francais, but reading all of the above carefully & weighing every letter, an approach & style, let's call it 'tactic', developed by all here allowing us to skim the surface only of your posts, do YOU think that can be safely concluded that:
- I've got shallow friends habitually sending me empty messages
- I've got a problem with my OE or my font-settings are wrong
- my friends are French
- I must have a wet T-shirt fetish
- my computer is fond of spam
If you answer the above somewhat elaborate, not forgetting to make sense and glossing over common misperceptions abundant and surfacing everywhere however different depending on the region they surface in, I just might be tempted to comment on your statement above - the far above that is, numero uno.
re."...If Sancho visited Russia, I'm sure every local woman would march to Moscow to demand the government reopen the Gulag camps...."
I'm not sure the people who actually died there would have found your remark about Gulags funny...
And their relatives might also find your remark a bit insensitive!
