Does anyone have any idea? If I download it is html not a pic file. Mine show up that I send but not theirs...I emailed support but with the weekend I dont know when I will hear back. I think there may be a code issue. When I joined I had to pay pal as the online payment would not work. Anyway they were very quick to set me up less than 10 minutes. Thanks to the staff here who took care of it by hand.
