I've heard and read about Anatasia and some of the others but nothing really from anyone who has participated in them. Has anyone here used one of these tours and if so how was it? Was the company reputable? I've been told "A Foreign Affair" is not bad. Mine worked out fairly well in that I purposely went without any expectations. For the most part, I treated mine as a tourism adventure. If nothing else, I got to see the sites. You can't really speak about them with any real experience until you have been on a couple of their tours. I was not overly impressed with Anastasia, but neither was I dissapointed. I wet to Ukraine and had the best time of my life. Not everyone did however. For me every dollar I spent was well worth it. For geritol - who does profound things with punctuation in pointing out the extremely obvious - ladies with "reputations" exist everywhere. Cultural mores and values have to be taken into consideration of course, and some Eastern European women have done things over the years to survive - enough said. There are however wonderful ladies present at the Socials. Don't dismiss the entire idea as being that of a "meat market" or a den of prostitution.
