I heard that January 7 is when Saint Nick does a second round of russian gift giving after he's done in the west. Take a big knife at least. I'll bet there is a residency contingency there for Santa to stop by and see ya most likely 90 days or a job for thirty just guessing but I will do some research for you if you want? Tyumen is 3 hours from Moscow. Moscow is 10-12 hours flight from Los Angeles. Vladivostok is 14-18 hours from Los Angeles via Tokyo or Seoul. Vladivostok is 3 days from Moscow via Transiberian Rail.
