Olga
I have written to you and nothing has happened I have mentioned this in another tread and nothing has happened so I bring this right out in the open.
I am writing to a lady with #35253 and I have been for a month. She spells her name in a particular way which is how she prefers it. The listing is wrong but it is with a couple of things so that is ok. What is not ok is that not only do I find out she has another listing #15290 but imagine my surprise when I receive a canned email from her as if she had never met me with her name spelled wrong!!! I reported this but nothing happened.
I wrote back, fishing, I asked why she was writing to me as if she did not know me. I just received a response in perfect English.
"Stephen,
I just wanted to remind you that I exist. If you don't want to correspond with me, I'll understand. But I don't like the uncertainty. Let me know your decision.
Anyway I wish you luck.
Karina."
That is not how she spells her name and her English is not that good. Believe me I know. She has a specific way of signing her letters.
This is obviously an agency scam of some kind and I want it stopped because it will hurt her. I also don't like people trying to make money off her. She is innocent and I want you to look into this as soon as possible. I tried doing this more discretly but you did not respond.
Thank you
Steve
Izi don't hold your breath. I have been after them about the agency involved in other questionable practices and so far not only did nothing happen but they will not even tell me the name of the agency so I can avoid them in the future. There is some kind of honor among them. The only think they keep asking is did she ask for money and I keep telling them no but the agency lied about the situation...I think people remember the aus mans thread that started it. It that case they were using pics of a model to get letters and returning short canned letters to get your response.
actually agency who posted her latest profile 35253 is to blame. they were supposed to ask Karina if she is involved in otheragencies before they posted her.
as to her correspondance none of the agencies is to blame. Karina asked one the agencies to send letter templates to new members who match her criteria. because her correspondance with somebody else has come to the end. so they did. you were among these new members. Of course that agency was unaware that you correspond with her through different profile. Now Karina has requested to set her profile as independant.
Thanks Olga.
It came to nothing in the end anyway but I appreciate this explanation. This whole business with the agency did not help things at all and definitely contributed to the ending of this potential relationship. Not to mention that her name is still spelt incorrectly. It is Carina not Karina.
I think these women need to be advised about registering with multiple agencies, name spelling, age, childrens age etc. Inconsistencies between profiles can be very damaging. When trying to set up a long distance relationship with someone thousands of miles away with any number of games being played by unscrupulous agencies and also scammers all I have to go on is the information in the profile. If this is inaccurate then I am sunk. One mistake sets off alarm bells. Not just for me but many men.
I wish Carina all the best luck in the world and I hope she finds someone that is perfect for her.
Thanks for your help.
That isn't what she told me. She told me specifically my name is Carina. At least let us get the name right. Also her age was one year older on the older profile and the child one year younger.
On this same subject you have an age wrong on another listing 36913. I have an email from her telling me she is 40. On fiancee it is 35. Big difference. You might want to look into this as well. I did write privately but I received no response.
when you wrote in private to admin@fiance.com you received reply. we kept you informed during whole process of investigation. check your email box. one that you have at mo***.com
They didn't promptly send me an email to tell me what was going on I have the date stamps to prove it. What should I say? It is a non winable and pointless argument. Spilt milk, water under the bridge and all that.
