bagira, read my posting. So, I do not confirm your statement. I did not mean at all what you understood. also what agency fee to the ladies has to do with SCAMMING and asking for money? also, if she write letters asking everybody for money via agency, it is full agency responsibility, they want clients to pay directly to them. this must be reported if it happens on fiance.com. fiance will close access for that agency. I said: agency MUST provide letters as they are to their members. if they do not, it is a choice for lady to stay with tem. also, I do not know any normal person who would ask men they write too for money. she can quite agency and set up her own email.
Do you understand me? I showed you a confirmation that felicedate's agency do not give guy's e-mail adress to woman. Do you agree with it?

Are you going to do somthing with felicedate case and other cases or you think that it is only lady's deal?
Can you answer me in open forum?

Вы согласны, что приведенная ниже ссылка является подтверждением тому, что агенство felicedate не предоставляет полных текстов посем мужчин, а именно их e-mail адресов женщинам?

We have several clients that are extremely frustrated because in a year(!) they had up to 20 cases when a man appeares , writes, reads asks her telephone number and so on and finally either dissapeares or she really askes him "What next?" and he decides that he is not ready for thisserious step in this life, he is too young(some 45:-) or has no money and so on... Well by the way, for some reasons many men start all this even not realizing that all the process will cost not less than some 10.000. I have met many such "business owners" who finally informed the girl that they are no longer able to pay 30$ a month for the fiance.com membership and want her to use private e-mail. What is sad that most girls really do not understand what it means and agree to pay themselves not to lose the person whom they really began to like...

Oleg this is a serious issue and I second the notion that we want to hear the answer on censorship of our letters. I was told you do not censor letters and the content of our letters would be given to the ladies. I am finding in many cases this is not true. The agencies are censoring our letters and I want to know your policy on such. Are the agencies allowed to censor and give sloppy translations. My understanding is my membership covers these services for me and the ladies that return my letters. I am finding more than I want to know about some of the agencies practices and I want to have them cleaned up. I would also ask if the contract guidlines for agencies are available for us members to read and understand what service we are actually paying for as there are too many fishy practices and scams going unknown.
In my short experience on this site, a (the) agency in SPb are the spammers. It is clearly the agency that transmitted 5 letters to me, from 5 different ladies, within 30 minutes of each other. If an agency can 'customise' and transmit one such letter then how can a guy ever be sure that he is writing from/to the lady and not the agency, who, it seems, earn their revenue by the letter.
Dear gentleman and especially dear lady(ies).
I protest with full voice and ask for apologies form Bagira for wrong accusation of my agency in scam!
Not a single man in more than a year of our practice was asked for a cent from a guy to "help with translations" or any of this BS! Our agency is the only free of charge in Vitebsk and I am proud of this.
All the letters are translated and passed to the letters to the letters without any altering, adding or whatever. Working with another dating agencies assotiation www.hanuma.net (I am not giving you their english address not to make any advertising) we are made by the terms of the contract not to disclose personal e-mails in correspondence, with fiance.com the contract not allows to do this and this is not done. Although I can say that only 4 girls in the agency have private e-mail. Otherwise what for would they use the agency?
Guys, sorry for my humble try to make everything clearer and more secure for you. In doing so I was wrongly accused and badly insulted. Therefore I promise not to do this nay more.
Thanks people.
If this is not true I apologize to you as I remeber you saying you do strip emails on this forum. I was not aware of any differences in sites as it was not clear here. My reason for posting here was I have experienced the same kind of email striping before on this site again with another agency not yours. Those ladies were removed sometime latter so I did not continue to inquire. The were removed for different reasons.
As to the charges for emails I am not aware of your agency being involved in such but I have been aproached by sever women attempting to charge me for return letters to me. Best of my knowledge they have been removed by fiance.com pending investigations. Again We are sorry you have been wronged but we still are interested in these topics and wanting to know clearly policies on such.
I found my now wife through fiance.com. She signed up somewhere online after email invitation with a link. Then her data bounced to various sites and somehow ended up on fiance.com.
We exchanged a total of four translated letters through fiance.com until I asked for her phone number. She provided her phone number in the letter and I called her. During the phone call, I realized her English was very good (yours is very goo, too!) and I would not need translation anymore. She also asked me to send her emails to her personal email address. Since then we communicated via email and phone directly. I cannot tell you how much value I got out of fiance.com for the couple hundred dollars that I spent on four letters.
To my knowledge, there is only one agency that officially eliminates email addresses from letters, that is anastasia.com. Anastasia.com makes it part of their policy to tell customers that personal emails are not allowed. I believe the problem that you encountered is due to the fact that individual agencies have their own rules and business models and fiance.com is an agency of agencies and therefore cannot police all the smaller agencies they're associated with. You will find that different agencies have different ways to make money and in my mind as long as the customer knows what they sign up for, everything is fine even if email addresses are deleted (if you know up front this is going to happen). Usually, agencies that do not allow personal emails have phone service with trasnlation available (they do not prohibit emails to punish people but rather as a form of business). The simplest thing for the man is to make one phone call, pay an admittedly expensive per minute rate once and get all of the girl's data and then communicate directly with her oif this is feasible to the girl. I did this with two other girls that I met on other sites (not fiance.com) and I got their data on the phone. But, when the girl does not speak English well like you for example, I found it difficult to proceed without the agency's help. So, there is a lot that does not meet they eyes here meaning agencies may times offer services that truly add value but to all of us initially seem a rip-off.
Thanks wtrav as I think you are correct. I have stated many times that I do like fiance.com. I have also recomended it to many of friends. I have been a very tough customer and I admit there are things that make me want pull my teeth out. But again I think that if we could just be more clear on these issues they will find resolutions for all. It seems to me that if I understand it correctly if the agency puts the lady on fiance.com they are required to send the emails unedited to the ladies and return those letters back to us unedited for VIP members anyway. <<<OLEG PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM MISTAKEN>>>. I think that is part of the issues here that in some instances I think these agencies do pull email and phone numbers maybe not on purpose but because of practices of there own or other agencies they may have listings with. The simple solution here is to openly state these expectations in the forum and policy so all can clearly understand. And if it happens I am not really meaning run and eliminate them from exsistance as commonly happens but simply investigate and clear up the "misunderstanding or error" in a timely fasion. None of these things is reason to eliminate or remove per say as it does no one any service but to investigate and clarify these issues out in the open will help all to understand the expectations and services better and in the long run end the ongoing complaints and misinformations. I think that some agencies feel they can hide behind fiance.com to continue there practices and I am sure others do make honest mistakes. I just think we can avoid the head chopping and over reacting (yes I do sometimes) if we would take more notice and make the little changes needed as these issues are first noticed.
