It has come to my attention from a very reliable source that some agencies appearantly have a black list of men. Anyone that has writen more than 100 letters in a month are put on this list and distributed to the ladies. It was my impression that our letter writing was confidential and that this kind of thing could not happen. I have spoken to the person at this agency directly and told them this was an unfair practice and I would ask them to address it with fiance.com as to my knowledge this would not be acceptable. Please Oleg let us know if this is something common or just a few rougue agencies doing there best to prolong our time here.
I write to several ladies and a few of them I write very often. this 100 letter black list made from our billing information to the agencies is not fare and it undermines the time and the money we spend to write to these women. In the past I have been told that our data is secure and there is no way the women should know our letters or habbits. It is clear this is not the case. I would also ask for fiance.com to comment on the practice of censoring our letters by the agencies to avoid giving direct contact information.
my advise- do not write ladies that are from the agencies:) if you have problems with any agency report to admin@fiance.com. I am sorry, I am al little tired of explaining.
here it goes again:
fiance.com is normal introduction, personals site. see other sites match com, friendfinder, yahoo personals and so on. now days, fiance.com is devoted to men looking for Ladies from Former USSR. we do not charge for letters like some Russian ladies sites do. you do not have to pay to open a letter. you are paying to have access to membership rights. so we are not interested to scam you or what ever. we provide you service for communicating with the other site members. we do not control members: not your, not girls. not agencies minds. , we will finish setting up real time online chat for members soon. believe me we cannot be responsible, and will not control what members say there, or in their letters.
What black list? I have no idea that there is any black list.
fiance.com has no black lists for ladies, or men.
please email me exactly which agency told you about black list. but again I think they can choose
if they want to deliver letters from you to the lady or not. they have their own agreement with their ladies. they are supposed to deliver, and reply.... but we can not control somebody's mind.
if agency has their own black list. well it is their problems.
we do not read or edit your letters. this is why agency gets them and see all your personal info that you provide in the letters. and they probably write directly to you sometimes.
you see exactly which lady is from an agency who is independent. so it is your choice.
yes, agencies do read letters, as they provide service to their members - email, translation.. and we do not control their business and relationship between agency and their clients.
agency should not edit letters too. if you feel that some of them do. let us know email to admin@fiance.com
also. agencies, or ladies on fiance.com do not see how many letters you have written, or written to you, they do not see if what is your membership level.
read our general terms and conditions. if you think that we have, and run "bullshit" on fiance.com, stop using this site. look for better. for 14.95 a month you have 24X7 support, and all tools necessary to determine if you want to communicate or not.
I am sorry. but you got me with your fights against I do not know whom.
Playing devil's advocate here...I have attempted to send my email address to a lady only to be told by her that I must go through the agency. When I actually visited, I paid for the agency to arrange the meeting. Different agencies may have different policies. If the lady sends me her email address, that seems to be ok.
The agencies are running a business and it makes perfect business sense to try to get some payback for the service they offer.
As to 100 letters per month. It is not unreasonable to set a limit. If fiance are paying agencies for translations, they are not going to be making a buck from people who write prolifically or addictively. In fact they could be making a loss.
It IS a business.
Would be interested also in fiance's comments on this.
You have hit the nail on the head QC. They are trying to eliminate those that right more letters yet the service I pay for her states I am entitled to unlimited letters. Every one of these ladies is listed on fiance.com not through there agency. I am writing from her to them. My VIP membership should cover every letter even if I want to write 1,ooo per day. If they want to say hey $29.95 gets you 100 letters then they should do it. All I ask is I receive the service I pay for and is advertised.
QC are you a VIP member? Look again at your package info and your advertised services.
set up personal profile with 6 photographs to be listed in our Gentlemen catalogue;
receive and read e-mails from the Ladies who write to you first;
send unlimited, not edited introduction emails with photographs to the Ladies. Not-edited means: you can write any contact information in the email, such as your personal email, address telephone. We do not have any robots, or editors to edit your messages as other introduction sites have sometime to eliminate members from contacting each other directly. With a small monthly membership you can talk directly to any Lady on our site;
chat with Ladies who are online and available for chatting;
continue email unlimited exchange with all Ladies. There is no additional mail forwarding charges as for Premium members. All images are transmitted fro free.
order "other services", or services a discounted price; for example for Flower and Gifts delivery Premium members get 20% discount. Translated phone conference is $0 set up, and $3 per minute, compare to $10 for Basic members, and $5 for Premium;
See additional statistics for the Ladies on the personal pages: registration date, number of letters received.

I have been told over and over that if the girl is on fiance.com and I write to her the cost of the letter to her the translation and the letter and translation back is included in this price. If the service cannot be offered at this price and as it is advertised it is fraud. It does not matter if it is another agency doing it our not our contract is with fiance.com to offer these services and I am very tired of hearing it is the agency not our fault. Take some responsibility and make good on your promises.
Oleg what kind of response is do not write to the majority of our listed ladies. It is foolish of you to sit and continue to act stupid and suprised that these things are going on. If it is that much of a surprise then maybe I am wasting your time and mine but again if the agency is breaking the rules you have concerning honoring your contract to offer this service to us then they should be removed. Again you think we should wade through hundreds of pages of worthless adds that you say just don't use. Then just take them off! Read your advertisement and change it to match the level of service you are willing to enforce not what sells the most memberships. As you are tired of saying ignore everyone on my site and only write the honest independant people is laughable at best and I can't see how you can sit and give such lame advise and expect us to swallow. Why don't you just remove the crap and the ones that are not living up to the listed service levels and I promise to shut up.
Am I to understand that the agencies are paying you to be part of this as well? It would make sense as to why very little is done about such abuse. But again Don't worry that there will be people that decide to ignore renewing their membership instead of ignoring the poor service.
I was told they estimate letters based on some kind of invoicing between you and them. And if their magic number is over 100 then they put you on a black list and ruin your chances with the ladies you have spent time and effort writting. Only to save their sorry ass from work they agreed would be done I am assuming to honor the services as we are promised for our membership.
shaggy, did you read my reply? I am telling you last time. FIANCE.COM DON'T CARE how many letters you wrote. that agency may care. so this is their business. get phone number so those girls. talk to them on the ohone. stop using emails. use express mail service directly to them. my last answer on this subject. sorry:
Well it seems that this site is using some unfair tactics. I have been in this for sometime and have come to find some really good free site with real women. If we want to stop this crap then lets not renew our membership to this site. I am wondering how many men would have the courage to delete their profile and cancel their membership. Olga promised me sometime l ago she would help me with a certain woman. Guess what the woman was faker, as was Olga's pledge to help. We are simply pawns in a game of love and money. I am taken steps to blacklist this site. I have had enough of this crap.
Firstknight:
your contribution here has been less than helpful,and you really should think before you shout.NEVER have I heard of Fiance.com refusing to help any paid member.
SO you have had some trouble with a woman.....and she turns out to be a faker.....so what!!....GROW UP MAN.
If love was such an exact science we would all be happily married FIRST TIME FOREVER,as it is not exact,you must expect to have disappoinments now and then,thats life.
Please go to the free sites,maybe you will learn what scamming is all about then.
But they deal with a network of other agencies and have no right to dictate the policies those agencies take with their clients.
Its true that fiance.com is no immune to scammers or kets just say girls that are "less than sincere" but unless we were paying HUNDREDS of dollars - there is no way that fiance.com can test the women individually to find that they are actually sll sincere.
(I know of one sight that actually does vouch for all of the girls - the owner knows them all personally and will not introduce you personally (if you choose to use that extra service) unless he thinks the two of you are right for each other. You also pay A LOT MORE for a single address. Try www.ukrainebride.com and see.
at Ukraine Brides there are BEAUTIFUL girls - like I said the owner will vouch that they are all available and sincere. But check ther prices.
Gallery membership $15.95 per month ($11.95 initial setup fee)
And being a member of the gallery ONLY gives you the RIGHT to BUY individual girl's addresses at HIGH prices. (Whereas nongallery members cannot buy yhem at all).
As a gallery member you will pay $89 for the address of a girl age 18-23. A little less for older girls.
Plus they charrge translation fees etc.
I know the guy who runs this agency and he is a good guy. and I would trust him that the girls are sincere. But you better hit it off with someone from among the first few you meet or have very DEEP pockets.
Oleg if the agency is not honoring my unlimited letters to women they list on this site then your claim of unlimited letters to and from ladies is false. Change it on the membership descriptions to the truth and I will drop the issue.
If we have to wade through and remove the cheating agencies from our searches then I think the least you could do is list the name of every agency with the girl that is listed so we can use the search feature to avoid them.
I have your letter to me that this is not true about this black list and I am afraid it is. It is a direct violation of the claims you make of unlimited letters. If it does not apply to agencies it should say so on our membership info. Please see VIP membership info above and tell me it does not say so.
Again I have brought a serious issue to light and again I am told by fiance.com to just ignore it and move on. Well move on is on my list but I fear it will be to another service.
