If you wan't to translate to, or from Russian, you can use the software; Systran It comes with the possibility to translate also to german, french, portugese, spanish, chinese and some other languages. The great thing about this software is that you can write a complete document in word, and then translate everything in just one click.. Or of course.. receive a document, and translate everything in one click.. I am sure there are other software options as well, I just don't know them all.
