I have a F1 visa for 4 years and gonna expire in July this year. My fiancee is a green card holder. We are in love for almost 2 months and I love him much. However, I dunno what I should have to do since my student visa is gonna expired. In this case, if i marry him, what my status will be? How do I make plan now? a. Do I need a birth certificate for wedding certificate? b. After that, how do I file my marriage to immigration department? c. Is it difficult or easy to be approved of it? d. I have no bad records while i'm living in this country, will it be easier to get approved? e. I have been stayed in US for almost 4 years, will they believe we are a real marriage but not fraud ?
