I have a good idea of the whats and hows but I have a few questions. What is the best course of action to get started? I know Toad wrote to 400 women and Jet likes Socials. Is there a method that has a good chance of success? What are the best places to look for women site wise? I appear to have another issue, I'm 40, 6' and 195 (good shape), I have a good job and a nice house....but I've never been married. This is not from lack of effort. For the last 10 years or so I've really tried but the older you get the more difficult it is to find a quality woman. Toad has documented the issues so I won't beat a flat cat. Will this be an issue for me? I understand this is a bad sign for the Russian women. Thanks for any info. Dragon, I think your biggest problem will be CHOOSING wisely which woman you want start your family with. You will not lack on response from these FSU ladies as long as you're not the kind of man that collects human body parts in the freezer and enjoys talking about it..:)) Tell them that you do love your Mom and that you visit the dentist at least twice a year and you'll be OK. And above all...be patient. NEVER send anyone any money. FSU women know what they want. You should too if you expect to earn their respect and affection. That's why I never chose to go the Socials route, not enough time to get to know someone well enough. None of the women I contacted or exchanged correspondence with was younger than 26-27. Lena will be 27 next month, and the age difference is one of the main reasons why I took extra time before I decided to go visit her over other women in their low/mid 30s, which was my target age group. I have stated my views many times about age, socials etc so no point in repeating. I would say this about your situation. Why are you worried? You sound just like what the doctor ordered for some 25 year old beauty. Elena's book always helps but much of it is common sense. There are some cultural nuances that I am learning every day but it isn't hard. I very easily found many women that I hit it off with immediately with extremely little effort. The hardest part was turning several away. God Natalaya in Odessa Olga in Odessa Another Olga near Ekaterinburg And many more. This is truly not rocket science. Likewise avoiding scammers. They stand out like a sore thumb compared to real women, who, incidentally would never ask you for a thin dime. I have had my ear bent by 2 women about the socials. I don't agree with this but the word was 'nice girls who have any pride do not go to socials'. Emails gives you a chance to get to know someone well. My relationship went exactly as Wess predicted. Slowly building to a peak. Natural and the perfect lead up to a nice 2 weeks getting to know one another better. It is very surprising that it is possible to have a real relationship via emails and calls. it will be 4 months by the time we meet and we have worked everything out. the only thing left which we both agree on is that we have to actually meet:))) Sounds stupid. I had seen in a couple of places that if you are 40+ and never married there must be something wrong with you. This is in Elena's book as well. I'm jsut trying to get a feel for issues that might come up so I won't be caught off guard. Personally, I think it is a benefit. At this point in my life I really have my act together and I really want to find a wife. I am confortable with who I am and what I want. I didn't really feel the socials are right for me as I am a little shy at first. Having dozens of great looking women staring at me waiting for me to do something would be a bit much. ...and yes, I will go over :). She was on a scale of 1 to 10 a 15. Absolutely gorgeous. So they will come to you. I had 56 women write to me first. All in about 2 months. Now it doesn't hurt that I am amazingly good looking and a millionaire but still that is a very good number. Probably could have made a hundred if I had mentioned my other attributes but I didn't want to boast:) I turned the thing off back in December when I was sure of Marina. I think you are worried about nothing. I guarantee you are on a winner here.
