Can get from the U.K. to Kiev ok, not a prob there, except for what Im hearing about getting ask for money all the time from the cops and such like, anyone with any experience of that please let me know. Real prob is getting from Kiev to Lutsk. I know Lutsk has an airport coz its got a code UCK, but do you think I can find anything about the place or flights,,,,,nah!!! There is a bus that goes from Kiev to Lutsk but hey I don't fancy a 7 hour bus trip, do you? So, does anyone know anything about Lutsk Airport or how to bloody get to it. Cheers danny3777 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 2/25/2005 5:55:24 PM   Jpj, Lvov, or Lviv has an international airport, this link gives info on domestic flights: http://www.ukrainefare.com/internal-flights.php There are no air services to Lutsk, looking at the map it seems to be approx 400km from Kiev or 200km from Lvov/Lviv. By the time you've farted around with flights to Lvov/Lviv and then a taxi you may aswell get a taxi direct from Kiev, it'll be quicker and probably about the same price. If you shop around, I reckon you could get a taxi for less than GBP100 each way, bit classier than arriving in her city on a poxy bus. Kiev/Borispol airport is not a problem, only the taxi-touts hastling you as you walk thru become annoying. If you get fed up with saying 'net' then 'f*ck off' seems to work quite well also. Dont fancy a taxi from kiev to lutsk, its 5 hours by car, from lviv it should only take 2 hours if the roads are any good, yeah right. I run cabs in U.K. Also don't really like the way confidential connections have thier trips set out, i've asked for full details. Been on that link, it's no good, no flights to lutsk.
