Just think, now you are spending rather much on hotels to go to Ukraine. The prices on real estate in the Ukraine are growing very fast. For example 6 years ago in a small suburb city Of Sebastopol - Balaklava, it was possible to buy a two bedroom appartment for around 10.000$ now you would hardly manage to buy the same appartment for less than 150K. Take a look at the Crimean peninsula of the Ukraine, this is a great resort area: Yalta, Sebastopol, Sudak and so on. You all we'll have to visit Russia or Ukraine some times not to let your girl die of nostalgia, so it is better not to drag your bones to some wild place and have a European type relaxation near sea and her relatives will be more than great to meet with her there. I just havent decided where yet... In ukraine of course but I dont know which place. No it wouldnt be bad to buy as a group a nice buidling or something then maintenance and security would be cheap. Also the lack of dryers in apartments is no fun ~)) I like to dry my clothes faster. Just a matter of time really before prices get to be as bad as the west. With this real estate I just saw myself this October how wealthy UK lovers of yachts managed to buy half of the city in Balaklava and what they did to the city. It impresses.
