Yes it is. I was taken to a whole area that is the crime center of the Urals. However the ironic thing is that none of the bosses live there they live ..... you guessed it IN FLORIDA. Just down the road from me in Hallandale and Hollywood. They all have condos on the beach and run operations from there. John Gotti eat your heart out. This is one of the most beaurocratic countries I have ever visited. It is super confusing. Here is a simple example. Let us say you work at a K1 with your lady and obtain one. Then she comes to America and you go to greet her at the airport. If the little white visitors visa is refused off she goes back again. The worst is that you will probably not even clap eyes on her if this happens. You won't even know it happened until she writes you from Ukraine a couple of days later. Firstly if she has a K1 it should be 1,2,3, what the hell do you need any on the spot visa for. It is pointless. She came here to meet a prospective husband not to play tourist. It is a whole other ball game. Secondly why the secrecy? What is the harm if you hold her hand while the phone calls are made. What do they expect? You will go beserk with your ball point pen or something? I get taken to that lock up room every time I enter the country. It is no problem now because I know what will happen it is just routine. But to someone who is going through it for the first time it is horrible and scary. A friendly face would make a big difference. Nope can't do it. Welcome to America. I come from England and grew up with many more terrorist attacks than have happened in Russia. Bandsmen blown up by remote control in London, Lord Mountbaton assasinated, even plots to kill the Queen like she was ever a threat. They even blew my pub up, the fuckers, while I was walking to it one night. Kaboom - no more Hare & Hounds. That is only the tip of the iceberg and I am only talking about England that doesn't include the arson attacks in Wales and the dog and pony show in Northern Ireland. No there is no terorist activity in either Russia or America.
