Dear Gentlemen, wish you all a happy hunting. I am looking for a Russian lady friend over 40 y.o. I am Russian, and I am married an American man for 10 years. We have a great family. The only thing I miss is communication with Russians, and I am looking everywhere for friends. I even have found this "just for men" web site! If you can help me, and also your new wife, please e-mail me at (deleted by moderator) Thank you.
You know as goofy as this letter sounds, it might not be a bad idea for some of us that have a relationship off the forum to in the future when we get our ladies settled in here to exchange phone numbers and email addresses. I think a network for our ladies to contact someone from their heritage and language could only help in their adjustment to living here at least they could speak with someone very fluent in their tongue and have a feeling of support during their transitions here. Any ideas on this Gentleman. I'd be curious to hear others ideas about this.
"just for men" may be what it looks like, however I guarantee you that, as soon as an interesting female appears here, all resident macho brutes will show a lot more manners than they do when 'alone' :)
Interesting does not have to be available at all, in fact your marriage adds to the interesting part. Would you be so kind to tell us here what a woman relocating from Russia to America goes through?
A conclusion that she may miss communication with countrymen/women may be foregone, I'm sure that such a move is a bit more complex than that. However, for us aspirants here this will remain guesswork until someone would tell us, and I hope you will.
Please consider?
My Moldovan Lucy has two friends here in the States that married U.S. men, one lives in Seattle, and the other in the God-forsaken virons of Arkansas. They have been a great encouragment to her and a good source of info on the whole process. I have had occasion to talk by phone with Florintina in Seattle - pretty cool stuff. Florintina told me that if I can get Lucy that I would be a very lucky man. And this ol Moldova broad was 100% right.
We plan on getting together with her freinds after we are married and settled here in Massachusetts. I told Lucy that Washington would be a nice place to visit, but her friend from Arkansas can visit us!!
This would be a great idea. I have discussed this topic with my lady from Ukrain. Finding other women to talk to that have relocated would greatly decrease her fear of being away from her homeland.
Bad idea Nas. I started emailing you and look how that turned out. lol
My town has a sister city in Ukraine and a number of the committe members speak Ukrainian. There is also a local church that has services in Ukrainian. My fiancee's son's school principal has a daughter that married an American man that lives close to me and they know each other. (Did everyone follow that?)
Nope, I didn't follow that at all. From now on at my office I will answer my phone politely unless it is smart asses from Pennsylvania!LOL. Well scratch Pennsylvania as a motorcycle trip for Larisa and I, maybe I will go visit Toad in Caleeforneeea!
Toad don't worry you are in no danger!I have three motorcycles one running and two dismantled down to the frame and no time to put them together. My construction boss is keeping a close eye on my hours remodeling the house, I have no time for fucking off she says!
JMO don't need any of the above, just a sleeping bag and my plastic. I've made the ride from Portland Oregon to Indiana, it was great, Kind of Like Then Came Bronson. Wonder how many people will remember that. Would like to find some peeps to make another ride to Sturgis. I can't wait to take Larisa there, that will definately mess up her mind for sure.
the next thing is when you start drooling over those old BSA's leaking oil in a romantic way, or when your neighbour started his Manx and the next block came to have a look.
Want a proper old twin? CB 450 gents, never leaked, went like the clappers and vibrated the girls humid on sight. But let's be honest now, in those days THE bikes were two stroke's, had three cilinders and their name started with a K......
This should fuel a heated, and smoking, discussion I'm sure ;-)
thunder I had a KZ900 and that was a rocket ship in it's day. If you get into those type of bikes, I like the older Norton Commando's. Dirt bikes will always be Husqvarna to me. the Jawa CZ wasn't bad in the dirt either.

As we speak i am restoring a 1942 Zundapp KS750 with sidecar. It was rescued from Moldavia by a fellow Brit for me. . A leftover from operation Barborossa. The sidecar wheel is driven also by a driveshaft from the rear wheel. Bike parts for this are very interchangeable with the BMW`S of that war period . Very unique and collectible machine.
Yes indeed it is.
Familiar with sidecars? You'll grow biceps Jmo! I'm unfamiliar with driven sidecar wheels but I hope for you it's got some form of a diff, otherwise you'll have to start taking protein supplements ;-)
Z900 eh? Big balls Nas, that was the biggest. Your familiarity with dirtbikes must have helped you to survive I'm sure, those tyres could not cope at all then.

You should know the Germans when it comes to engineering . They always are smarter than the machine !! Yes , it has a 60/40 differential for steering purposes .Features 4 speeds offroad and 4 speeds highway . Lo -hi reverse and a locking differential for sticky situations. It also has a generator strictly for the lighting and also a magneto so the bike will always run regaurdless . It has a towbar to pull a light cannon and it came with a MG-34 machine gun that is mounted on the sidecar. It is also designed to haul the driver with three extra men . I dont know if i will finish it in Akrika korps desert finish or just Wermacht Grey.
