We've already seen the temporary lifting of visa requirements for EU citizens entering the Ukraine. With the EU currently in crisis it remains to be seen whether the enlargement of Europe will continue at its previous pace. And with the EU in disarray it seems less likely that Ukraine will become a member anythime soon - but with so little cohesiveness within the EU anyway nonmembership becomes less of an issue. I've BEEN to Latvia (of course already a member of NATO and the EU) and the place is overrun with Eauropean guys. Americans in the future really WILL have to settle for leftovers. Check the ads.
