Interesting difference of interpretation. I always take a request for a "not greedy" man to mean that the girl doesn't want a man who only thinks about making money, which I have numerous times as a complaint about FSU men. And besides, don't most girls like flowers, jewelry, and lingerie?
I only spoke with her maybe two times and she was already asking me to send her money for a visa witch leaves my wondering....But i have been reading and I know that this could not be right....Thanks guys just wanted your insight.....Its to bad because this was one of the first girls i started talking with and it kind of verifies all of the deciving that is going on.....Already got me scared.....
When I have been in Ukraine. It was my understanding the word greedy when used in this context was translated as to mean "Not cheap". My interpreters and ladies I dated used this word greedy many times. I'm sure this is what this girl meant. And judging from that she is now asking for cash. I rest my case.
I am not a cheap man by anymeans...But I do not want to be taken atvantage of either...Because than I will feel cheap and I dont want to feel like that.......Well maybe sometimes I like feeling cheap..LOL..Thanks
if she is asking for money in very begining she is not worth your attention. decent lady would never ask you for money, she would ask many questions about your personality. all money matters would be left on the side and decent lady would touch them only after she gets sure that you are the type of person that she needs. look for other lady, there are many better girls.
DON'T SEND MONEY!!
There are many variations to this theme. I should have kept my scams and advice thread going. Don't think I covered the classic "visa plane ticket" sketch. This is so typical a scam that I am surpised that anybody falls for it anymore. First a visa is FREE it costs nothing. As for the plane ticket you just sa that you will prebook it for her. There is a whole in that because tickets can be cashed in. However if she asks for money for a visa and then asks for the ticket money it is a scam the visa part just gave the game away.
You guys are great thanks for the information......I would have never sent money anyway not this early on....Its just to bad that i am new at this and this had already had to happen......
