If I understand you correctly, yes, you do have to pay money to use the services provided by fiance.com. It is like any other business: if you want to buy what they are selling, then yes, you must pay. You say you just want to talk; do you expect to talk on your cell phone without having had to buy a phone and a service plan? Do you expect to have an internet connection without paying for internet service? A VIP membership is $30/month; for $1/day you can write as many emails as you want to all the ladies on this site. If that seems like an unreasonable price to pay for this service, then with all due respect, this entire undertaking is not for you.

Everything has a cost in this world. Fiance.com provides a great service, it is by no means a scam. I don't see the logic in expecting something like this to be provided for free, and if they charge, calling it a scam.

Its definetly worth the money if your serious on finding a girl and I really do believe this is the best major russian bride site on the net, though the question of why girls from one particular city in the Ukraine email me all the time confuses me, though every now and then one will email me. I am leaving for Iraq soon so I never bothered going VIP or paying yet, maybe when I get back, who knows.

It's definately not a scam and by far the best site I've used. I have been a member for over a year now and at the same time I've talked with a girl for over a year now. I'm going to Ukraine in September and I have worked with a lot of different agencies. Fiance.com is by far the best site as most women in CIS countries do not have access to a computer and the ones that do, it always makes you wonder if they're legit. Fiance.com on the other hand screens the agencies who participate and in turn the agencies do the same for the women who participate.

So they screen the women and they're real, I was starting to worry cuase this girl was actually talking to me and she's a fox, though she kept mentioning that and saying that most guys "are like blind kittens" trying to get close to her, that makes me feel a little more relief.

They do not screen women and Fiance has its fair share of scammers, idiots (yes females even cute ones can be idiots) and keyboard Juliets. BEWARE!! Don't send money. By the way don't send money. Just thought I would mention it don't send money.
