I don't post there, but I read a few threads once in a while. Many folks on that forum seem to be very suspicious of most agencies, including this one. I would agree that no agency, including fiance.com is perfect. However, based on my experiences as a V.I.P. member here (on and off for over a year), I see no reason to think that the agency is a scam or dishonest, as some posters on RW guide are suggesting. izifaddag Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 8/31/2005 7:58:36 AM   It is impossible for Fiance or any other honest agency to filter out any potential scammer or time waster. Anyone involved in this should know this. I have had scammers approach me for this place revcently also EWM and FF and even Yahoo. It just goes with the territory. Read more about this subject on our forum. we are not an agency:) Secondly, as on any dating site any members should worry himself/herself about his communication with other people he doesn't know. Third, some agencies do not like fiance.com and post a lot of negativity everywhere they can when they are caught by hand in doing wrong things while working on fiance.com , and fiance.com remove them from the system immediately. Difference of fiance.com from general dating site, that fiance.com cares about its members. Fiance.com also tries to verify ladies with individual emails, and watches them closely. I think Olegnay and all the others do what they can, they have no desire to see any of their customers be cheated or annoyed by time-wasters. This whole eneterprise is a sort of buyer beware type of thing. We have to just watch our own asses and try to help our friends as well. A good example is the thread I started called "Hmmmmm". Actually, I was kind of hoping that someone from here would go and post there. I don't want to register on that forum, but it seems that in that thread there is no one that had actually used fiance.com, and it kind of pisses me off that many of them are saying that it must be a scam site. And yes, I know this is not an agency but an online dating site. I am not gullible..I just don't really trust girls anymore, I will always be wary because of the bitter experience of my divorce which nearly killed me, its going to take a hell of a lot for a girl to earn my trust and it will take years to get it. I am trustworty and honest, a rare guy thats 100% faithful, I beleive in honesty and integrity in a realationship but a lot of girls have other ideas and don't really practice what they preach! I am not a woman hater, they can be wonderful creatures but at the same time can cause you so much pain, to let my guard down would be like surfing the internet with a computer with no anti-virus protection, sooner rather than latter it will crash and burn!
