But I'm still not sure what it means when a lady is independent and has private email. I think it means she has a computer in her house and she can write ot respond at any time. The second part my is if a lady goes with the agency mail what type of access will she have to computers. Time limits? Private email only means she has an email address that does not go through an agency. Check with Izi and his agency, seems like he found a good one in Kherson. Ptichka Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 10/6/2005 1:44:29 PM   After all, as far as I understand, a good firm (it doesn't matter an agency or whatever it is) should give all the information about the services and prices, and they should give a cheque or a ticket....at least I think so:) There are also Internet-cafes, but sometimes the price for their services is unreasonably high + the noise there is awful! I am sure she probably pays some kind of membership fee in her agency, or for service. it is her responsibility. ask site support if you need any help.
