I have adjusted my security settings along with the cookies and it doesn't seem to work. I have sought help from the live chat and they said that they couldn't help me. I called the customer service number and was told they would check into it and email me back. I have never heard from them. If anyone knows any tricks or has had the same experience, please post and let me know what you think.
