Are there such services in Ukraine? The only thing we have been doing is taking crappy taxis to each city and that honestly is a nighmare. My apartment was next to a popular wedding sight. I even saw a super stretch Ford Explorer Limo. There is a lot of poverty in Ukraine but there is also a lot of rich people too. So, there is a demand for such a service in Ukraine. Adam-and-eva.com is a marriage agency that offers about 50 apartments to rent in Odessa. I'm sure they could also hook you up with the local Limo service.
