Now O i know they play a few trick, like they write the first 3 replies for the girls, but if the girl is interested in you, they are very good, and very fair with prices for their service and help. She should have good restaurant and night club suggestions. She should have apartment connections. Etc etc etc. You can hire her from an agency and then just make a deal with her to work for you on the side during your current trip and for future ones. This is where a tour is great for newbies. You can meet a room full of interpreters and interview them. This is how I found my four interpreters. I have two in each of the cities I go most often. Two primary and two back up. Also, I advice not using any interpreter for the agency she works for. I know it may not be possible but if you can do it then it will eliminate the colusion between the interpreter and the girl. What if you walked into a total scam agency with scam girl teams? The girl gets a cut for all the work and the agency gets the ongoing business while you stay in their city. The reality of this guys is the marriage agency business is big business over there now. If you're smart you can block all of that and succeed. There are a lot of bad stories on this forum but that is good becasue it educates us and prepares us for the trip. There is a lot of good over there in Ukraine and Russia. You just have to know how to weed through the bullshit and this forum and its negative stories can help you if you learn from them. I've met at least a 100 girls in Ukraine and Russia. 90 of them were wonderful sweet girls. I like those odds! The bad 10 never got deep into me because of forums like this and my own common sense.
