John Roth is considered a very good attorney in the immigration field. He has handled a number of guys from this site. He recently saved Lena a major headache in gathering documents. His web site is http://www.arctec.com/. Go to the web site and the process will be spelled out.
joe, i used roth more than three years ago and only have the best comments for his practice. In fact, he recently offered me free advice regarding my wife's I-751 process to prove the long-term attorney-client relationship. You don't need an attorney from a specific state. You're not going to meet with him and any attorney can handle an immigration case. You'll only talk to him once or twice when he'll explain the process. After the first talk, you'll be dealing with his assistants and paralegals. Everything is standardized, so unless your case is substantially different than the average (sounds highly unlikely), they'll get some info from you and your lady and will produce the forms via a software program. I cannot recall whether they sent me the forms to send them to the USCIS or I sent them a check and they sent the forms. In any event, they'll take care of everything, some hassle for you to collect documents and provide info, but it would be more hassle should you have to complete the forms. It will also eliminate the risk of a mistake that might cause a delay in your lady's application processing. Then once the ap is apporved, they'll prep your lady for the interview. For this second part you don't necessarily need an attorney, but you won't save much if you skip it, so I'd say if you're going to go for it go all the way. Good luck!

Do you really want to get divorced at such a young age? You are 24?? YOu r kidding. yes its all beautuful when you go there for a trip..
But what you are about to do is unheard for men your age... men in their 40s who are running oit of time take these risks not 24 year olds. I would seriously be careful about doing this.... She wont hang around .. None of them do they all get homesick ... And the agents tell me this themselves when im in ukraine..
I think you will remember this message
Dont Do it... 24 ? meet chicks in USA... plenty
Don't automatically assume by using an attorney you will eliminate the risk of a mistake that can cause a delay. There is a post here (some where) by Hammer, I think, about the attorney making a mistake which caused a delay. Look at visajourney.com and it will give you a great overview of the entire process. I have seen a number of posts in visajourney where the attorney screwed up. At the very least you should understand the process completely even if you are using an attorney. I did not use an attorney and so far all has gone well. Her interview is in 4 weeks.
polo.. congrates to you!! you know, alot of people poo poo the thought of dating 23 year old FSU girls, well if you are 24. Then ITS ALL GOOD... If you are 40, and dating a 23 year old from the FSU, then maybe you shoud rethink your motivations!!
