Look to the East guys, Thailand, Vietnam, The Philippines, and China, there are some beautiful women in those places, believe me, honest, loyal and lovable to their men. I suppose according to the above post you should not consider an American woman. I was married to a woman from the Philippines that ended in divorce, so I suppose the Philippines are out also. actually after thinking about it I think every country that I am aware of has marriages that end in divorce...so if you wish to follow the generalizations in the above posts then marriage is not an option. Actually I might take advice here on good restaurants, customs information, where a good nightclub might be found...etc, you get the idea. It's takes a more time as my fiancé is finishing her master's degree right now. I corresponded with the same girl for about a year and a half. There is so much someone should look at when deciding to marry. I'm an NLP professional and used to do couple therapy. There are a lot of things to consider when making such an obviously big decision. Look at the cultural and language differences alone, plus not to mention the fact that most of us are "GEOGRAPHICALLY CHALLENGED"!!! I personally am studying Russian to eventually…… fluency! Any outstanding relationship deserves a great deal of work. I would recommend these books if any of you are interested..."Falling In Love for All The Right Reasons by: Dr. Neil Clark Warren; "Men are From Mars Women are From Venus" by Dr. John Gray...and for somebody a little more analytical "Conjoint Family Therapy" by Virginia Satir. So many people choose the wrong mate for the wrong reasons and are unsatisfied to some extent in their relationships whether “foreign or domestic”. The same applies for the Ukrainian/Russian woman too! And I've seen some other men in Ukraine (there for similar reasons as I) going out with the most beautiful women in the world!!! I think there are some women there who don't consider the appearance as much as other factors but it’s probably the same in the U.S.! So we can’t rationalize that! No doubt my girl is absolutely gorgeous and she's my age but I workout everyday and (I'm fairly modest about my appearance) but I'm a good looking guy! I’ve decided in my life that I will never be fat again (like I used to be and boy was I!!!!) I see some of these guys with these girls (20+ age difference; 150 lbs + weight difference) Come ON!!! I can sense the real feeling these girls have!!! And I've talked to a lot of these women in Ukraine about just this fact. Confidence, self-image, self-esteem, ego, determination, dependability...these are many times congruent with the person’s habits and appearance. A woman that exercises everyday and eats right might have some relationship snag with someone who doesn't. So we have to be realistic in our true expectations and purpose.
