Can i go to her country and marry her there? And if i marry her in Russia, can i bring her back to the USA? And which kind of Visa would i need? I just checked the USCIS web site and as of Feb 8th (the latest update)petitions for the K-3, Visa for a spouse of an American citizen, that were received on August 5th 2005 are now being worked on. For the K-1 they are working on petitions received on November 3rd. I know of no way for you to have her here in one week after the marriage.
