did anyone ever have a picture taken from the delivery of a gift?
I selected that option and i have never received my picture from the delivery. Fiance.com was website that i used to send a gift of flowers to my woman.
i used www.russianservice.com and selected the picture option. It's been a month later and they never sent me the picture. i emailed them about it and they said that they would contact the local delivery service. I'm still waiting for my reply from them about why ive never received my photo.
Userrock,
Make a claim on your credit/debit card for services paid for but not received. In UK you have to make a written claim in writing and within 60 days so don't wait too long and it might even shake them up into producing the photo.
Martin,
About a month ago, i emailed them about the issue. They replied to my email and said that they will contact the local agency and they said that they will write me back. I have not heard back from them since.
Tell them that you are reporting them to your bank/credit card & claiming a full refund, that should put a rocket up their ass.
But, you are most likely dealing with people that think your a dumb westerner with too much money, they've got your money and possession is nine tenths of the law.
Make a claim to your card issuer without further delay, if only for the principal of it and nothing else, you can then give the money to charity if you like but it's better than being scammed.
userrock1982, russianservice.com has 24X7 customer service. call, email, chat any time and find out. photos from some cities are taken not by digital camera, so it takes time to deliver. email to support again.
also, martin ha ha ha/ what are you atlking about... listen to yourself. if reply got lost, it did not mean that somebody treated you as dumb westerner, especially that russianservice is usa company and cares about customer support.
userrock1982, contact customer service they will refund you for the photo if it is not taken. if it is taken it is on the way. email me with your account details
I emailed them tonight and i will see if i get a reply by tomorrow. If i dont get a reply, i will call them. Do you guys think that they send the pictures in the postal mail and not by e-mail? If this is so, then it would explain a lot. Then i would know that it would take a long time. But i dont know if they send the pictures by postal mail or e-mail.
Has anyone else here ever had pictures taken?
Very easy to critice isn't is Olegnay when you are affiliated with the service that fails to deliver it's product?
According to your forum rules this is a forum where people are welcome to share their views, if you don't approve of my view then that is your problem Olegnay but you could have responded, particularly in your position as forum manager, to the effect that you disagree with Martin and perhaps Userrock should try a different approach.
Ha ha ha to you also Olegnay, you are the one that is in a position of authority here, you try listening to yourself please!
