My girlfriend from Moscow plans on visiting in July and she has received her tourist visa but can still be refused admission at her port of entry. Everything I can see, tells me she needs a I-134 form, Affidavit of Support. She has friends in Moscow who own a travel agency and they tell her she needs an "invitation" from me but I have not found anyone who seems to know exactly what this is or if there is actually a form.
