I was told that they send a list of documents the UK fiance should take to the interview before they can get the fiance visa to go to the US to marry. Also the USCIS website will help you with information that you will need. You will receive packets telling you what information you will need. You can go to the website and it will tell you what you will need. I check with the site and it did give information but I was hoping that someone who have been thru this process could give me a list of all the documents that they were required to take to the interview. I am living in the UK and I was hoping that someone who lives in the uk could give me a list of the things they was asked to take to the interview. Which is a pain! because he doesn't have one, and his local police station advised he had to fill out this form, that has now been sent to Scotland yard. We were just informed that it could take until July 22nd to hear from them.. Our Wedding is Aug 11th!! So we are very stressed. I think there were some other papers he had to fill out regarding us as well.
