I just felt I should let some of the guys on here that feel it's hopeless know it's not like that at all. I first started using this site a year and a half ago. Had tons of replies but most turned out to be women not worth wasting my time on. They were the ones I know you all run into. They write these long letters that are full of nothing but comments about the weather and other nonsense. I expect that from the 1st email but after the 2nd or 3rd I expect a bit more. Specially when I take the time to write a thoughtful email with no small talk at all. I fell into the WOW girl trap too. Found a girl that seemd to write me just for the sake of writing. Almost seemed like she was getting paid to keep men writing to her. I even ran into a couple scammers. I was disheartened. Then quite unexpected I met a wonderful girl from the FSU here in the US of all places. LOL!!! She was on vacation in San Diego where I lived. She was there for 2 months we had a blast. Courted here for about a year then made the choice to propose. :-) She was here on a student visa that expired. I gave up sunny southern california and moved to Indiana where she was living and tied there by her then employer. We got married this past September. In October we found out she was pregnant with our chaild. Filed for her change of status a month later and just 6 months later we was approved gor a green card. Just a week ago our daughter was born. I've been learning Russian but I'm nowhere near where I need to be to hold a conversation. Anyways all turned out perfect. You guys may find a bunch of lumps of coal but don't let that make you give up. Been there been ''had '' time goes buy you get shafted for several thousand dollars, wonder what the hell you are doing there? Yes groon isn't it grand when your trying to organise a trip ask her the best hotel closest to her and you recieve the next 3 emails telling you all about mum, brother and they went to the flicks !!!! Meanwhile down at the travel agents your trying your best with ( standard moron brand ! travel agent to get him to organise you a hotel ). Ohh for joy ! meanwhile back at the computor she has told you about 2 birds landing near her work window and are they not lovely . Honestly in view to organisation they could not organise a stiptease at a nudist beach lol lol . By this time you are so frustrated to thier ''non '' compliance of anything simple that will help you, that you email in a fury ( listen girl you want me thier of not ! if so do your bit !) reply goes like this you to be angry at me ??? why for ? After you have caved in your head several times against the fridge you calmly pick up the phone cost yourself $45 on a call and yes hoooray !! your 45$ actually gets the message across ------that god for $45 miracles ! She is about to say bye bye on phone then asks you again ------ohh where to do you stay when hear ? you then head for the drinks cabinet you really need one! I have personally gone through this for 2 years and 8 months . She is lovely and blond ahh this could explain a lot -- blond & brains --thats rare !lol lol. WHO ELSE GOES THROUGH THIS ON HEAR ??? ohh just quietly ive worked out whom the original scammers are - they are the ones that ok they are with you love you thick and thin AHHH but are still registered on the site they found you at -like 4 months after you are both ready - to move heaven and earth for each other? Now i reackon any couple once a couple that does not hit the de-register button at once on site they found each other on well to me thats total deception after all if they are all for you why are they still registered . Three years ago i used to put them to the test want me ok here iam now deregister at once if they do!!!!! you have a genuine girl ------if not you have a lemmon . am i right ? i believe totally right . MY one i have now ive seen 9 times over 2 years upon meeting i put her to acid test saying de-register iam yours she did so at once. Result ive never had grief with this particular one . Real good girl says i don't care if you have 1 ruble or 1 million ---no dont give a hoot for money iam just there for you. I think iam lucky folks as i believe i have found 1 in 10,000 or maybe more the odds, they can test the brain and i mean to organise them you really do have to hold thier hands . mike delta9 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 6/10/2006 2:18:14 PM   Good call Mike...and oh so true. it is not much different than dealing with women in the west....they want and "expect" the man to do everything in the game of courtship...then they so easily turn around at a wim or the drop of a hat and change their mind's....i say be very careful of the one's who are dreaming of a "knight in shinning armour coming to their emotional rescue...to ride of into the sunset to live happily ever after"...too many children's stories bred a false illusion of romance and love on this one....where are the realist's? Love is not a given....and be careful of "chemistry"...it too has a very high rating and expectation...often not lived up to be normal guy's...just those knight's straight out of fairytale's....so much for the time's we call "equality"....like you say Mike....watch out for those who answer your question's with stories of their walk in the park and the family and friend's...there are those with air in their head's because they are outright ego tripper's or scammer's....enjoying your time and effort for ulterior motive's and not giving an ounce of concern or consideration for all that a man doe's to make acquaintance and meet in real life....i wonder how many women (given the finance's) would travel to a foreign land fraught with challenge and dishonesty on the premise the person in the email or on the phone is a real person...then if she is lucky he will tell her "he feels no chemistry...bye"...doe's she have a plan B?....doe's she have "other's" to meet while she is there?....all supposition. I find it easy to view all the hardship's they face from the comfort's of their own home's,cities and live's...waiting patiently for a foreign man to arrive before they know if "chemistry" exist's....oh if only they could put the shoe on the other foot for a moment and imagine what it is like for a man....there would be even less success than there is now.....personally i would like to stay at home,make contact with many,then wait patiently for them all to arrive before i said yay or nay...based on the outcome of a novel called cinderella....
