Ladies with agency email... That's something we see everyday, but, How it works?
Does she needs go to the agency to check and send letters? Does she has to pay to send and receive letters? and photos? Does she pay for each letter or a fixed amount every month or week? It is the same for all agencies?
Many ladies use translators provided by the agency. How can we know the translation is good? may we loose a chance with a lady because of a bad translator?
Yes, if the lady is registered with an agency - she uses the agency computer to check and send messages. In most cases sending and receiving messages and photos is free so ladies are not charged anything for that.
Moreover, we warn our affiliate agencies against taking money from ladies for correspondence and sending photos. What they can be charged for is professional photo sessions, translation, additional services like courier delivery, etc. In any case - the amounts she will have to pay are quite reasonable and something she can handle. She also may have to pay to get her profile registered with an agency but that's only when she actually signs up.
As for translation, it's a matter of reputation so agency's interpreters tend to be good. Of course, there is a chance that some things will be missed or rephrased when translating from English into Russian and vice versa, in order not to let it happen either you will have to learn Russian or the lady - to master English.

Well, I have just started correspondace, because I am new here, and wanted to know about the process that occurs on the other side. It is not that I worry about agencies making money of ladies (I am sure that they are quite honest).
The reason of my question is that, it would be very different to write a letter to someone that can comfortably check it when arrives home after work, than writting to someone that must take one hour to go to the agency to read it. Isn't it?
It would be quite unfair if she goes to the agency to get just a quick note or some stupid message, kind of "Hey, I'm fine, i have no news today, how are you?". At least, I think it is something to have present.
It also helps to understand and appreciate the time that may be taken for an answer.
About translators, I receive translated letters and they are very good. Anyway, even if she master english or i would speak russian fluenly, missunderstandings are always a danger in this sort of correspondance.
