She went home for holidays and came back a few days ago. She met a guy at the airport in Romania that told her this story: He met a romanian girl on the net, went to met her to her country, and once there she robbed him with help or her family, friends or gang... he was beaten and they robbed hin even his clothes. He was returning to his country. Not sure if anyone has heard about a case of this kind in Russia or ukraine, or somewhere else. Not necessary to say that must be careful when meeting someone abroad. It happend to me in Sofia, Bulgaria in January 2002, where luggage theft was arranged by the hostel owner, who spotted me at the Sofia train station.
