I am not trying to justify the local agency that doesnt allow her to give you her address, but: many women PREFER not to give their addresses because of a very somple reason:while they are corresponding via the agency, this correspondence is free for her, as well as translation of your messages for her. As soon as you start corresponding with her directly, she will have to pay for translation and mailforwarding. Yes, some local agencies dont allow women give their addresses, but in fact this is al long as it is conveniet to a woman.Even this one-if she wanted to, she could give you her address. Other agencies however do not have these rules, so I think you should all be critical and not accept agencies that are just after your money. Or do they provide a Forum of any quality for their clients to use. Fact is if you want free it’s your decision. I always recommend this agency to people because I know I wont have them coming back to me telling me they got scammed and left out in the cold. If you looking for a pen pal your in the wrong place. Most people come here because they are making a major commitment and investment to find a partner in life. Some sites are after your money. But I have found in most cases that some people want the protection but want it for free. When they go to free sites they come here, to a free forum, from a paid site, which its customers pay for.
