I respect them more than I respect regular women. Think about it: Prostitution is the most honest deal around. With regular women, you can't predict the outcome. You write for a few months, make international phone calls, pay her an expensive visit, take her shopping, may be you'll get lucky, may be you won't. If she is genuine and worth it, you'll return to apply for her visa, wait 6 or 7 months, only to have some femenist, sadist or racist at consulate deny her a visa at own personal discretion, because the federal government is sovereign (it can do no wrong).
