If you make contact with a woman using an agency...get her phone number as soon as possible and start communicating directly with her...cut out the middleman and dont buy the stories she has no phone...95% have mobile phone's (statistically) and all have access to phone's...after all...the fact they are here suggest's they have access to telecommunication's...if they are genuinely interested in you they will welcome personal contact as soon as possible and as eagerly as you! I am sure almost everyone can access one and learn to use it. But it would only work with girls that speak your language, or if you speak her language fluenly.
