Is this really possible, when even girls in the socialist (east) part of Moldova have phones? I have never meet a girl there without a mobile phone. She could have nothing but the clothes on her back, and still a mobile in her pocket, they love them more than we do. And for me, its chaeper to call a mobile anyway from the companies that I have used. If you call other times, either there's no answer or answerer hangs up.
