You get visa papers for free in America and they are simple to fill out. Unless you are a moron you shouldn't waste money paying a lawyer to do this for you. It isn't complicated. The first time I looked for visa papers I paid $100 for the paper work. I didn't know they were free and I didn't know how much paperwork it entailed. The process is simple. In fact if you have a wealthy realtive it might be easier for you to have them sponsor the person. This way if you have difficulty with your income you can make the process easier. They only have to sponsor the lady. They aren't responsible for her welfare.
