At first I didn't know that the ex-husband would have to approve if the children are allowed to leave, but they have to sign. Some of these women write to men and haven't gotten this straightened out. The firs tthing you make clear is will the ex-husband allow the children to leave and second you make sure he doesn't want money for this. I've heard the ex-husband will allow the children to leave for a few thousand dollars. This might also be a scam. No matter how much you love her and want her, if she has children you better be prepared. I mean you could write to a women for months and the last second the ex-husband changes their mind and you would be hugely pissed.
