Talking to some Ukrainians and many of them do not speak Ukrainian as their native language as opposed to Russian. I went looking for Russian language learning tools and found it scarce in my city but apparently there was a whole Ukrainian book store in town, so I am gunning for something that is most accessible to me. Hence, learning Ukrainian over Russian.
