I was writing to a woman from Nikolaev and one from Melitopol through their respective agency`s when i decided to ask for their private e-mail adresses. They both stated they had serious intententions towards me . The one from Nikolaev who has a high English level said i was a good man for her to pursue also . They both provided their private e-mail adresses and then i get nothing . Only one response saying she had to go shopping for a friend`s birthday gift and she will write when she can find the time . Interesting........ It is my strong gut feeling that the agency simply creates private e-mail adresses when you make this request to satisfy their obligation with fiance .com to do so and your letter goes straight to their PC but they thumb their nose at it. I would imagine that when a letter arrives at the agency then they get a call to come and reply to it. I guess that they wouldn't be allowed to access their private email at the agency, they would need to go to an internet cafe or similar to do this and who of us would pay to go the the cafe every day just on the offchance that an email had arrived. boredfukka Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/14/2006 6:58:44 AM   I can't understand all this business of going to the agency. There internet cafes all over the world and that includes the FSU. So all the girls need to do really is go to the internet cafe, and log onto their account and reply to the messages. I just asked a girl if she has a telephone so I can talk to her and she wrote back and said that unfortunately she has never had a home phone (she is 19 and think talkin about the family home) and that her mobile is now out of order so thats why we should use the site to communicate. danny3777 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/14/2006 7:43:28 AM   Yes but they sign up to the agency, the agency may charge them $$$ to register their profiles etc. and manage their emails. Please understand that home PC's are not common in FSU and ISP's expensive thus these ladies do not have the experience of hours and hours searching the internet to realise that they could have achieved for themselves, and perhaps for free, what the agency are charging them for. I know that if I didn't have a PC at home then I would have very much appreciated a call every time a letter was arriving for me, call me lazy but it's very convenient and would save me perhaps wasted trips to the internet cafe. The only reason i ask this is that i went through an agency in Kharkov in 2005 to meet some ladies there, and i used the services of an interpretor. The fees for the interpretor were cheap enough though. Then another day i met up with another fantastic looking lady from same agency.She could barely speak any English, and it was heavy going making ourselves understood through dictionary /phrase books. I will be returning to Ukraine in November so i would also be interested to hear how you met ladies there without going through an agency.I think these every piece of information on these matters will be helpful to me on my travels there. What else is new? Anyways Martin , It has been since August 5 . It took her a month to answer on August 5. There are internet cafes all over Ukraine. If she has a private e-mail account then she does not need an agency ,period...... But i beleive the agency simply creates a fictitious private e-mail account for any lady who is asked for her private e-mail adress to sooth the demand but they pay little or no attention to it or don`t even let the lady know because now it is not a revenue maker. I dated quite a number of ladies previously who spoke varying degrees of English, the biggest problem is that when there is a misunderstanding you cannot sort it out because you cannot communicate if her English isn't good enough, this happened to me more than once and by the time you are able to explain, perhaps via an interpreter, the lady has developed such an attitude that there's little point in trying to pursue the relationship. I am presuming we are talking about a different site than Fiance, because i don't see what they would gain if they were to make up address and conversation from a girl, when it is unlimited free letters... please don't ruin my little dream that i have going here...!!! freddybobs Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/14/2006 5:36:37 PM   Well, I had two ladies wrote the exact same letter to me through an agency, word for word identical. When I challenged them both on it, (using, naturally, an identical letter to each) then one ignored my challenge and simply sent another message saying how much she liked me etc, but the next thing I know, the other one sends me a message with a private zmail address on it - no explanation, nothing. Just the private address. This kind of threw me, so I copied the text of my 'challenge' into an email and sent it from an old hotmail account that I have long since given up on keeping spam-free, and sent it to the zmail address. Next day, she replies. The only word in the email was 'Hello' and there was a picture attached of some sort of jetty sticking out into a lake. I had a bit of a laugh at the surrealness of this, but did not bother replying again. I did wonder if it was the agency, but I really can't figure out what the whole purpose of it was, no matter who was behind it. danny3777 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/14/2006 6:59:18 PM   Well there seems to be the answer, do not communicate via agencies except for perhaps the first, less than five, letters. Bearing in mind that fiance.com offer financial incentive to their affiliate agencies to generate letters ask for each lady's private email address and keep a record of all the ladies you ask and a record of which ladies do and don't provide personal email addresses for submission to fiance.com if and when you choose to complain. If she doesn't speak English or French or whatever then try to find one that does, if she has any serious intention of relocating to a foreign land then it isn't too much to expect that she make an effort to learn a foreign language.
