My questions concerns bringing my girlfriends child over to the UK,she is applying for a faince visa,and has been told that her ex husband must sign a letter allowing her to take her child out of russia. Firstly ..is this correct ? and secondly if he refuses what can we do about it ?? She has not seen her ex for 5 years and has no idea where he is ..
