There are 827 pages of women. I have looked at every single page. I have even found a very interesting woman with whom I correspond regularly. But what I find interesting is that there are women on this site that get hundreds of letters. Some prettier than others (subjective). But there are some drop dead gorgeous women that have been registered for 1 or 2 years and have received very few letters. Are the women who have a ton of letters written to them a result of their aggressive, almost stalking in nature forwardness, or their beauty or a combination thereof? Why are there absolutely beautiful women who have virtually no letters? Are these women somehow put at the bottom of search lists? I wouldn't think that the algorithm that performs the searches is all that sophisticated. I was just curious to see if there were some correlation between the apparent popularity of some women and the opportunity for scams. A woman looks different in the morning after without make up than the night before in the disco! So a girl may be a beauty on a pic and a dog in reality - depending on how she got the pic taken and when - some women mature better than others (in whichever culture). Best to meet them first. In my experience though there is a general straight correlation between standard "beautiful" ladies and their apparent willingness to settle with someone who is anything but financially secure and emotionally stable. Does it make them a scam? No. It just means that they restrict their search for their mate. Alternatively of course, for those pessimist out here, the photos of the girls could be scams. They can blitz a site send out hundreds of introduction letters, and most of us respond in one way or another, that's how they stay up on the list and make the Miss Wow girls. It's really not a good indicator of genuine contact. A declination counts as a letter received. Being new to this I wasn't sure if there was something wrong with these women that would cause you more seasoned travelers on this site to steer clear of them. I could see nothing wrong with them though some did have children. It is from within these ranks that I found the young lady I have been writing to and so far she seems to be a very outstanding person though she had received only 6 letters when I started writing to her. She has many more than that now! :O) I appreciate your input.
