I had heard that visa requirement was going to be abolished as of Jan. 1, 2007, but now I read, it will be abolished in April 1, 2007. Also, I heard that US citizens could get a visa upon arrival at the Chisinau airport, but what about the land border, such as entering by train or bus? I haven't been since the rule change so can't add too much else.
