Usually older men are more serious in their intentions and more stable financially.A process of brining a wife from Russia is long and expensive process, and I haven't seen many men under 25 yo that did it( in fact I havent seen them at all while working in the agency ;-)We have many of them as a customers, but usually they are looking for fun or pen pals.Thats why women that apply to marriage agencies prefer older men.
But it doesnt mean you cant try.;-)Who knows ;-)
Hi dale. Sounds like your English(hastings)?, and therefore it's not so expensive and troublesome for you. This site is mostly marriage minded, and most RW have in mind older well established men (read over 30). However Russia is a big country with lots of contrasts. I have seem many that include men of their own age in what they are looking for (usually the more modern ones from bigger cosmoplotan cities), and others that simply do not consider age as a limiting factor when looking for love. Then of course there are those that aren't really so marriage minded, or who like a western woman aren't so keen on getting married before they have lived the relationship and tested it out.
I would say that you should add a few years on to the mental maturity of a Russian woman. It's a harder life, you grow up faster there. There are also plenty of women in the 18-21 age group.
Turboz, from my own personal eperience yes Ukraine women will consider a younger male. I am older than you(33) but I have been corresponding with 2 older women from the Ukraine, 36 and 37. With the younger age groups it may be different. Like I have always been told, nothing will stand in the way if two people were meant to be together. My advice is to write them, what's the worse that can happen? You do not get a response? Finding someone for a serious relationship is hard enough. Just go have some fun with it. You could find the one for you or even find a couple of friends. Just my 2 cents.
