I have been corresponding with a Lady on this web site, As I was surfing thru the web last night I surfed thru other Russian Lady web sites and foungd the Lady I was corresponding with posted and advertising herself, I realize that we can do the same thru match , Harnony ,and any of the others, just wanted to get some feed back from you guys on this
What would you think if you saw a lady posted on other website that you have been corresponding with
BUT, this is only thory. In practice, will she be able to regularly go to more than one agency? Very doubtful. In fact, the girls that I suspect having their letters written by Igor and Boris, respectively, are also avertised on Army of Brides.
it is not that she is listed in more than one site that she is using more than one agency
it possible for to use angency that subscribes her on different website ...
wha twould be annoying, it that if you are already corresponding with her via one site and then, some time later, she sends an email via another website as if she didn't new you ... it would be strange
I find this totally normal, for a girl to be on multiple web-sites. I have two examples.
1.) I was in Ukraine, and went into an agency. After looking through their on-line catalog, they arranged to have a nice young woman meet up with me that evening. This young woman, an attorney, and I went for coffee and chatted.
I went to another agency in the same city, and saw her in the catalog there.
I have since seen her on another website, AnastasiaWeb. (Which I TOTALLY would not recommend, but that is another thread.)
So, this young woman had gone into at leas three agencies in Dnepropetrovsk. They each posted her on their website, or their affiliate website. I think that is ok. She is a real woman, and she wants to find her husband! So she went to each agency!
When she gets letters, or has someone in the city that is interested in meeting her, they just call her.
These agencies were CindyAgency in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukrainian Pearls, and another agency that put her on AnastasiaWeb.
2.)
Another story:
This same agency, CindyAgency in Dnepropetrovsk, introduced me to a nice young woman. We went for dinner, and visited. The next day, at the internet cafe, I saw her profile on the AFA / loveme.com website. I met with this young woman again (we went bowling!) and I asked if she knew that she was on both CindyAgency website and the AFA website. She didn't know-- but it also didn't really matter to her. She just had gone into the agency, and the agency did the rest-- posting her on their own site, and affiliate sites.
Both of these young women were real and sincere. One was going to multiple agencies, to increase her chances of finding her dream man! The other didn't know exactly how her agency was promoting her-- but it didn't really matter to her-- she just got the letters, or a phonecall asking if she wanted to meet someone for a coffee or dinner.
By the way, what European mentioned, happened to me. The woman that I went out with, in Dnepropetrovsk-- the lawyer? AFTER I had gone out with her, I got an introduction letter from 'her' on AnastasiaWeb. We had already gone out! But, AnastasiaWeb agencies send out these introduction letters as a matchmaking service, on a lady's behalf. They even tell you that you do it-- but it really makes you know that the 200 letters you get on Anastasia web do NOT come from the women, but rather are sent by agencies. (At least, the intro letter is that way-- and this is disclosed on the site. It isn't a trick....but I really don't like it.)
So, I think it can be completly legit to be on multiple sites. (As long as all the information matches up between sites!! Name, city, etc!)
"The other didn't know exactly how her agency was promoting her"
In other words, Vladimir of the agency wrote the letters on her behalf. If you find this "totally normal", I wish you good luck because you really need it.
I went into the agency, saw her profile, and they called her up, while I sat there. I've been studying Russian for a couple of years, and I listened in. They said that there was a 33 year old gentleman that was interested in meeting her, and asked if she would like to meet that evening.
She said OK, and we met in front of the agency later that day.
The total cost, counting the coffee for the two of us, was about $14.00. (I could have chosen a less expensive cafe, but they have good cappuccinos: Atrium Cafe, in Moct City Centre in Dnepropetrovsk.)
So, I'm afraid you're seeing scams where there are none. There were no letters for the agency to write. The agency was involved for about 5 minutes-- during the phonecall, to set up our meeting. Then, it was just me and her.
I met her in person the same day I first saw her profile. I speak some Russian, she spoke some English-- there was nothing we needed from the agency, besides for them to introduce us.
And about not knowing how her agency was promoting her, I meant she didn't really care about all the stuff we blather on about on this site: agencies, cost per letter, translations.
She knew that when she went to the agency, there were letters there waiting for her. She would read them, evaluate them for their content, and reply to the ones she liked. If the man was writing her through site X or site Y-- that is what she didn't care about.
I've been to Ukraine 4 times, and Russia once. Last time I was there I spent 45 days in Simferopol, Odessa, Nikolaev, Kherson, and Dnepropetrovsk, before flying out of Kyiv. I've been to many agencies, taken many approaches.
And, it was totally normal that this girl was on the local agencies site, and also on the large site they are affiliated with.
For the other young woman, she wanted a partner, and introduced herself to more than one agency to increase her chances of meeting him.
if this is what you meant about her neglect of the way the agency was promoting her, then I agree that there was no reason to suspect any misconduct. I also said that there is no scandal, in principle. You will admit that your first post was pretty ambiguous in this respect.
I wish you good luck anyway, as all of us need it :-)
Thanks for the response guys, I know now how to get rid of lady very easily, just ask very tactfully and delicatly about her ad on other web sites, I have not heard from her since,
Is there any way to pass notes back and forth about the ladies, I am concerned about going to a social meeting on one of these trips and meeting a lady that I have been corresponding with and she may be meeting other guys there, is that a concern?
